Almost 20 years since Katrina, we can predict DAFN  communities are most likely to die following disaster.

Despite endless outreach, education,  and awareness,  this  pattern continues. Another pattern emerged:  A disaster occurs, followed by a predictable wave of " DAFN Outreach,  Education,  Awareness..." over and over. Yet, we can still predict the same. "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results," Einstein often said.

It's time to re-evaluate our approach.
