The Mission

Strategy Over Tragedy was  founded to address one dire statistic:

 People with Disabilities remain at the greatest risk of poor outcomes, including loss of life, in disaster.

 From Katrina to COVID and countless disasters in between, the statistics are predictable. 

 If we want different outcomes, we must change our approach.

To truly change outcomes, we cannot focus on one population, or another: There must be a unified approach including People with Disabilities,  First Responders,  and other entities who will be involved in a disaster.  We are resources for one another.

For this reason, we provide an array of services,for a wide range of clientelle.
